Can I pause my subscription?

If you have to pause your cold email campaigns for a while and want to come back later, we offer to pause your NioLeads subscription for 1 or 2 months.

To do that, go to your Billing page > Pause.

Your subscription will automatically renew on the scheduled date.

Instead if you don’t need as many credits temporarily, you should downgrade your account to a lower plan.

Tip

If your needs can vary a lot over time and you don’t want to be constantly juggling with downgrades/upgrades, think about using yearly subscription! In yearly subscription, you get all your credits upfront and can use all your credits as desired over a year instead of a single month.

Resuming my subscription

When you resume your subscription, Your subscription will automatically renew immediately.
