I found less emails than on solution X

When comparing results from different email finding tools, it’s important to compare the same thing.

Unfortunately, many competing solutions include in their results emails that are not usable for outreach: emails that are invalid, personal emails, generic emails, risky emails with a high chance of bounce, etc.

NioLeads does not include any of those (only valid emails that can be used right away) so if you compare only the raw numbers, you might get disappointed because numbers on other solutions are necessarily inflated by the presence of those invalid emails.

In general, to use the data from those other email finding solutions, you need to purchase a separate email verifier to remove those risky/invalid emails.

A fairer comparison is then to compare the results of NioLeads to emails classified as “valid/deliverable” by that email verifier. You will find then that more often than not, NioLeads provides more valid emails in the end. In the rare case that we still get “beaten”, please reach out to [email protected] with your comparison results - we’re always interested to see how we can improve and I will be happy to give you free credits for those findings if that’s true.

Note

The fact that you are paying for emails that you need to remove later + pay for another tool to verify the data from your provider is actually one of the reasons we started NioLeads. We believe that you should be able to use the data from your data provider right away.

Also note that you don’t need to verify emails from NioLeads on another email verifier. You will actually remove emails that are fine to use as we have more advanced algorithms than many email verification solutions, that may classify some of our emails as “risky” when actually, they’re fine.
