The NioLeads export button does not appear (Chrome Extension)

If you’re using NioLeads’s Chrome Extension and the export button does not appear on the page it should (Sales Navigator, Apollo etc.), here’s how to troubleshoot:

  • Make sure you’re on the right page. NioLeads is enabled on specific pages where you can export people from a search. You won’t be able to use NioLeads on a company/account search, for example.

  • Make sure you’re properly authenticated. Clicking on the extension should show a success message “Logged in” etc.

  • Try disabling your other Chrome extensions. Some extensions can enter in conflict with NioLeads. Try using NioLeads on a clean Chrome profile and/or disable other Chrome extensions you have installed then refresh the page and see if your issue is solved.

If that solves your issue, you can re-enable them one by one until you find the specific extension having a conflict.
